Here is our basic fly and drive itinerary to which you can easily add the extensions of your choice. A most exhilarating trip during which you’ll discover what the two largest Canadian provinces has best to offer: Thrilling cosmopolitan centers, charming historical cities, stylish capitals and of course, the Canadian wide-open spaces! Should you want to customize this itinerary, our Tailormade Concept makes it easy as 1, 2, 3! Upon arrival at the hotel on day one, you’ll find your personalized Globe-Trotter roadbook at the front desk. This very complete package of travelling literature includes: the relevant road maps, a copy of your detailed itinerary, some useful travelling tips, the vouchers, the relevant travelling guides, a 24h/7d toll free emergency number as well as a few surprises !

Day 1 – Niagara Falls
Pick up your vehicle. The largest waterfalls in the world are yours to discover!

Day 2 – Niagara Falls / Toronto (130 km)
Cruise on the Maid of the Mist before your departure. Rendez-vous in Canada’s financial metropolis. The “Queen city” has a lot to offer. Stroll along its seemingly never ending streets, admire the famous CN Tower, discover amazing museums and take part to some of its many cultural and sporting events.

Day 3 - Toronto / Kingston (265 km)
The drive leads you to beautiful Kingston, the gate to the Thousand Islands.

Day 4 – Kingston / Ottawa (195 km)
Discover Ottawa’s main attractions: the parliament, the Rideau Canal, the public market, and above all, the rich museums.

Day 5 – Ottawa / Montreal (200 Km)
Rendez-vous in the thrilling and appealing city of Montreal! Second French speaking city in the world after Paris, Montreal combines old world influences with North American modernity in a very unique way. Let yourself be charmed by the romantic streets of Old Montreal and conquer its exhilarating nights! You’ll then understand why the city has been for long time known as the “Northern New Orleans”!

Day 6 – Montreal / Tadoussac (468 km)
Continue on towards the Saguenay Fjord. The fjord features a rugged coastline sprinkled with quaint villages and belvederes offering breathtaking views. The estuary is also famous for whale watching. (Breakfast included)

Day 7 – Tadoussac / Quebec City (213 Km)
The drive leads you along Charlevoix's rocky coastline where mountains spectacularly plunged into the salted waters of the St-Lawrence River. Your destination: beautiful Quebec City. Rich in culture, history and beauty, Quebec City has the appearance and the atmosphere of an old-world town. Indeed, its old section has kept its historic character and a “Vieille France” charm. Moreover, the surrounding areas offer delightful landscapes. Yield to temptation of an excursion toward the spectacular Montmorency Falls and the Île d’Orleans.

Day 8 – Quebec City / Montreal (260 km)
More time to discover Quebec City. Return in Montreal to drop your car or to continue your journey. (Breakfast included)
