| A canoe-camping excursion that takes place throughout incomparable scenery, ideal for an initiation to paddling. A once in a lifetime experience for those who desire to venture off the beaten tracks and to discover the true nature of the wild Canadian forest! |
Day 1 – Trois-Rives
In the morning, meet your guide at Matawin River in the Mauricie region. Arrival at the site where you’ll take possesion of your equipment. An explanation of security measures and technical advice. Departure at the river. By noon, we’ll be on our way, paddling the limpid waters of this beautiful river. The golden triangle is the ideal activity for the whole family! You’ll live a wonderful experience even though it’s your first paddling experience! We then continue on to our campsite for the night. There, we’ll set up our tents, and start a fire to cook our dinner. Night in tent. (Lunch and Dinner included)
Day 2 – Trois-Rives
After breakfast and maybe a refreshing plundge into the river, we continue our journey. If the weather allows it, we could do some hiking in order to explore the wild beauty of this beautiful region. With sweeping strokes of our paddles, we continue the discovery of this marvelous environment. A canoe excursion is definetely the best way to explore the breathtaking landscapes of this wild area! At the end of the day, we’ll return to Montreal and civilization. Continuation of your individual trip or prolongation. (Breakfast and Lunch included) |
