| Having the privilege of paddling in a unique surrounding filled with richness and history is what the Saguenay Fjord offers you. In fact, the glaciers having covered a portion of North America, sculpted the rock leaving behind them a majestic decor. At an average depth of 200 meters, this mysterious place full of color and life slowly uncovers its secrets to those who discover them. Come observe and share with us a passion: the marine wildlife of the Fjord! |
Day 1 - Sacré-Coeur
From Sacre-Coeur, transfer towards Baie Ste-Marguerite, the starting point of your expedition. Once the equipment preparation, and the explanation of safety measures and navigation techniques completed, you’ll finally be ready to discover the majestic Saguenay Fjord! Lunch on the river. Afternoon having arrived, camp set up at the speed of light to let you be bewitched by suppers’ aroma. An incomparable freshness. Night in camping (Lunch and Dinner included).
Day 2 - Sacré-Coeur
Breakfast, dismantling of camp site and new departure to the heart of this ancient glacier valley. Lunch on the river. Be alert! You may witness an incredible show, that of the belugas and the seals in their natural habitat! Chances of seeing marine mammals and birds are indeed excellent in this area. End of the expedition in Tadoussac. (Breakfast and Lunch inclluded) |
