That’s good news because you’ll live the unforgettable experience of staying among a typical Quebec family. In the evening, get ready to have some fun! On the menu: local meals and a warm atmosphere. Located in the heart of a beautiful natural setting, the High-Laurentides village where you’ll stay offer a unique thematic stay based on cultural sharing between the guests and the hosts. |
Day 1 – Mont-Laurier
To start your stay on a good note, you’ll first take part in a fascinating interpretative hike during which your guide will show you the natural habitats of the wolf and of the deer. He’ll also introduce you to the joy of wild plants tasting! Back to your host’s house, you’ll have the pleasure to share with them your discoveries. They’ll of course be more than happy to further explain the local culture. (Dinner included)
Day 2 – Mont-Laurier
Today you’ll live the unique experience of an excursion along with an authentic trapper. He’ll then lead you through his trapping territory and will teach you how trapping has been performed in Canada for centuries. In the evening, diner at your host’s house. (Breakfast and Dinner included)
Day 3 – Mont-Laurier
Today you’ll unfortunately have to say goodbye to your hosts. Chances are however good that it won’t be your last contact with them! (Breakfast included) |
